After-hour emergencies include no water, water leaks, no heat, no electricity or something that is causing or can cause immediate harm to a person or property. Non-emergencies will be dealt with during business hours.

If you are concerned about a gas leak, or smell gas, please leave the building and call 911 immediately as well as Xcel at (800)895-2999.
